Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Put the cold rice in the refrigerator in a pot, pour 2L of water, boil it, tear the crab meat into thin pieces, beat the egg finely, prepare the soft tofu, and break it with a spoon
STEP 2/5
When the rice grains start to spread, add the torn creme and soft tofu and mix well
STEP 3/5
When number 2 boils up, pour in the egg mixture and mix gently Season to taste with salt/soy sauce
For a clear color, I used salt instead of soy sauce
*Stir over medium-low heat

Stir until the egg is fully cooked. Lastly, add sesame oil and mix well. Then turn off the gas stove

Creamy soft tofu egg porridge can be made in 15 minutes, so it's perfect for simple breakfast, and it's also good for babies/children, baby food/fluid food, or elderly people with tooth discomfort
You can finely chop it into green, such as chives/broccoli, and add it's good to put it in
