STEP 1/8
Cut the sausage into 0.1cm thick pieces.
*Since it's jeon, it needs to be thinner than thick to fry it well.
STEP 2/8
Slice bacon thinly, too.
*If sausages have a good texture, bacon is greasy and softens kimchi.
*If you have pork, you can add it.
STEP 3/8
Chop green onions and kimchi, too.
*The cutting board of kimchi may get stained, so please put it in a bowl and cut it into small pieces with scissors.
STEP 4/8
Add the cut kimchi, bacon, sausage, green onions, and pancake mix.
*If you knead it with water right away, the ingredients may clump together, so mix lightly and then add water to knead.
STEP 5/8
Mix the ingredients with pancake mix, olive oil, and water.
*If you put olive oil in the dough, it's softer and you have to put cheese on it, so I added a little less water like pizza dough and kneaded it thickly.
STEP 6/8
When the dough is ready, mix 1T of sugar and red pepper powder to improve color and taste.
*If the kimchi is too sour, add a little more sugar to control the taste.
STEP 7/8
Grease the pan with plenty of oil and spread the dough round without any gaps to prevent cheese from leaking out.
*When the edges are golden brown, turn it upside down and place the pizza cheese on top.
STEP 8/8
Put pizza cheese on top and close the lid for 3 minutes to complete when the cheese melts.
*Kimchi is salty and cheese is salty, so you don't need to dip it in soy sauce.
Think of the dough as pizza dough and make it a little thick and put cheese on it.
Add bacon when choosing between ham and bacon.
It's softer and more savory because it's oily.
