A luxurious restaurant with no envy - Chicken cutlet curry over
When I first lived in China, all the mothers around me were doing that, so I had no idea what the housekeeping was like, but I just copied them. Leaving behind my life of working like crazy without knowing it, it was around the time when I began to worry about what to do with my daily life that suddenly appeared. Not to mention stored food and kimchi, but they were making everything as if they were living in a rural area with nothing, so I thought all women who live in the house lived like this. Obviously, when you lived in Korea, people who put pork cutlet on themselves and made kimchi or stored food ate them all without seeing them around you. I forgot a lot of memories in such an unfamiliar environment and began to learn about housekeeping for the first time. Even now, I have slow hands. It was because I was too inexperienced to master, but I remember that the first pork cutlet I made one day disturbed my surroundings by standing for more than three hours, but the side dish to be served on the table on that day made me experience the emptiness. Even now, when you go to the mart, there is definitely pork cutlet covered with fried food. However, as I first learned about housekeeping, I still put money and gas on it myself. If you mix pork with herb powder sometimes with chicken, you can complete a much higher quality pork gas than it is sold. If you put some cheese in the middle, the children will finish two bowls of rice on that day. Sometimes, if you make curry like today and put it between rice and chicken gas, it becomes a great dish with not only taste but also nutrition. Therefore, my mother forgets the futility of simple labor and does not hesitate to make chicken gas today.

Cooking Steps

Stir chicken breast in half and marinate with salt & pepper.

Grease a heated pan with plenty of oil and fry it.

I don't mind any kind of herbs to mix with breadcrumbs, but basil, time, oregano, etc. are good to smell. Adjust the size of the chicken cutlet to your liking. If it's small, it's a little more convenient when it's smeared or fried. In the video, cheese is added, and chicken cutlet with cheese is also very delicious.
