STEP 1/9
Break 6 eggs in a bowl.
STEP 2/9
Add a teaspoon of sugar and a little salt to the egg and stir well to make the egg water.
STEP 3/9
Put 5 frozen dumplings in a microwave-safe container and defrost them for 1 minute.
STEP 4/9
Cut the thawed dumplings into small pieces in the egg water.
STEP 5/9
Grease the pan with cooking oil and heat it over medium-low heat.
STEP 6/9
And pour a little bit of the egg mixture.
STEP 7/9
When the egg mixture is well cooked (the bottom is fully cooked and the top is still egg water), fold it little by little and roll the egg.
STEP 8/9
Push the rolled egg to the edge and pour the egg mixture back into the empty spot. And roll it the same way as before. Repeat this process until the desired thickness of the egg roll is reached!
STEP 9/9
When the rolled omelet is complete, cool it down a little and cut it into the right thickness to complete!
The smaller the dumpling, the easier it is to make an egg roll. I tend to cut it into small pieces and put it in.
