STEP 1/9
First, marinate the pork with ginger, pepper, rice wine, and soy sauce for about 30 minutes.
*If you don't have Cheongju, soju or cooking wine is fine.
STEP 2/9
Press the tofu with a kitchen towel, drain it, and cut it into dice.
*It can be any shape, but the dice size and shape like pork are the best for stir-fry cooking.
STEP 3/9
Shake the cut tofu in a plastic bag and coat it with starch powder.
*I put starch on it to fry it crispy, but it keeps sticking, so please fry it with frying powder.
STEP 4/9
Grease a pan with plenty of grape seed oil, then fry starchy tofu when the heat rises.
#For those who want to bake in the air fryer, just drain the tofu without getting anything on it for about 180 degrees and 15 minutes.
STEP 5/9
Please shred the onion and cut it into small pieces.
STEP 6/9
Chop the cheongyang peppers and green onions, too.
*In addition, you can cut bell peppers or carrots into small pieces these days.
STEP 7/9
Grease a pan with chili oil and stir-fry garlic, green onions, and pork over high heat. (Until the pork is 70% cooked~)
*When I stir-fry it on high heat with chili oil, not cooking oil, the smell of pork disappeared.
STEP 8/9
When the surface of the pork is cooked, it's fried
Add tofu and stir-fry quickly over high heat with soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar and oligosaccharide.
STEP 9/9
When it's fried enough, finish it with sesame seeds and sesame oil.
*Taste it and add 1T of oyster sauce if it's bland.
When frying tofu, I fried it with starch, but it keeps sticking, so please fry it with frying powder.
If you don't have pork, you don't have to add it, but if you add pork
The tasteless tofu became more delicious.
I seasoned it with soy sauce to make it easy for children to eat, but if you like spicy food, make it with red pepper powder or red pepper paste.
