STEP 3/12
Add 2 spoons of starch and mix them well

In the batter you made in step4, mix the eggplants evenly and fry them in oil
STEP 6/12
Add green onions, ground garlic, and onions and stir-fry them evenly
STEP 7/12
When the onion is clear, stir-fry 1 spoon of soy sauce, chopped red pepper, and green pepper.
STEP 8/12
Pour 200ml of water and bring to a boil when the spicy smell of soy sauce comes to the tip of your nose
STEP 9/12
Season the sauce
STEP 10/12
Dissolve the water in the starch and set the concentration of the sauce when the sauce boils again!
STEP 11/12
When the concentration is set, turn off the heat and add 1 spoon of sesame oil and stir well! (Sauce complete)
STEP 12/12
Chinese fried eggplant and kkanpung sauce is complete! Pouring or dipping is the choice ^^
Add a small amount of starch to prevent lumps from forming when controlling sauce concentration. Also, be aware of the oil temperature when frying ^^
