Super simple soy sauce jjimdak: Healthy and clean taste that you
Eating out with chicken as the main ingredient is always popular But there are times when it's too sweet or greasy to my taste. When the chicken is ready I'd like to introduce you to jjimdak that you can easily make with basic ingredients at home :)

Ingredients
  • For braised spicy chicken
    750g
  • Soju
    2spoon
  • onion
    1ea
  • Potato
    2ea
  • chili
    2ea
  • leek
    1/2ea
  • Water
    250ml
  • thick soy sauce
    6TS
  • Sugar
    2ts
  • crushed garlic
    1TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Remove large chunks of fat, intestines between bones, etc. and wash them thoroughly under running water.
STEP 2/7
Blanch chicken in boiling water with a little soju or rice wine for 3 to 5 minutes.
*If you boil it for a long time, the chicken broth might fall out and the taste might go down~
STEP 3/7
Discard the chicken once boiled and rinse lightly.
STEP 4/7
Mix the seasoning together and prepare it.
(Water + soy sauce + sugar + minced garlic)
STEP 5/7
Pour the mixed seasoning water and boil the chicken, potatoes, and onions together.
Mix the ingredients once or twice along the way so that the seasoning is evenly soaked.
STEP 6/7
Bring to a boil for 12 minutes, and when the potatoes are cooked to a certain extent, add green onions and peppers and simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
STEP 7/7
Jjimdak, which is not too sweet or salty and has a clean taste, is complete!
Enjoy your meal with warm rice :)
To eliminate the smell of chicken, you can skip the soju you put in when you boil it, I recommend removing the intestines between the bones clean :)
