STEP 1/21
I need to cut the eggplants first, right?
Cut the long branches into 3 pieces about 8cm.
STEP 2/21
And cut the branches vertically + into 4 pieces.
STEP 3/21
Cut the eggplant and prepare it.
STEP 4/21
Boil the water in a steamer beforehand.
STEP 5/21
I'm going to put the eggplant in a steamer, close the lid, and steam the eggplant slightly.
I steamed the eggplants in the steamer for about 5 to 8 minutes.
STEP 6/21
While steaming eggplants, shall we make the sauce for the seasoned eggplants?
First, cut the chives into 1cm pieces
STEP 7/21
I'm going to add red pepper for the color.
Slice the red pepper thinly, too.
I'm going to put the chives and red pepper at the end, so please put them on a separate plate.
STEP 8/21
Add 3Ts of soy sauce first in the sauce on how to make seasoned eggplant.
STEP 9/21
Add 1ts of minced garlic.
STEP 10/21
Add 2Ts of plums, please.
STEP 11/21
Add 2/3 Ts of sugar.
STEP 12/21
Lastly, add 1ts of red pepper powder, stir evenly, and mix.
STEP 13/21
Check the eggplant in between and take it out before it gets too mushy.
STEP 14/21
I'm going to use chopsticks to rip off the eggplant.
STEP 15/21
Poke the eggplant with chopsticks to make a gap
Tear branches into 3 or 2 pieces.
STEP 16/21
And squeeze the water out of the eggplant.
STEP 17/21
Put the drained eggplant in the pre-made sauce.
STEP 18/21
First, coat it with eggplants and sauce evenly.
STEP 19/21
Add the prepared red pepper, green onion and sesame salt.
STEP 20/21
Lastly, if you add sesame oil, that's it!
STEP 21/21
Finally, if you mix it well, the seasoned eggplant greens are complete!!!
You can save time by putting water on the steamer and boiling it before trimming it.
And the eggplant will be mushy if you steam it for too long, so if the skin feels slightly hard and soft for five to eight minutes, you can take the eggplant out of the steamer and make seasoned eggplant to save the texture. ^-^
