Unexpectedly, there are a lot of people who don't like the smell and taste of cucumbers I don't hate cucumber scent, but I don't eat it often because it's cold vegetables in the summer because it's hard to digest when I eat it raw. Recommended for those who don't like raw cucumbers or want a softer texture :)

Ingredients
  • Cucumber
    2ea
  • Salt
    2ts
  • crushed garlic
    1/2spoon
  • Cooking oil
    2spoon
  • sesame salt
    2spoon
  • Sesame oil
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cucumber has bumpy bumps, so rub it with salt and use it with a skin
Peel about two-thirds of the skin with a filler like me.
STEP 2/7
Cut it in half and scoop out the cucumber seed filling with a spoon.
STEP 3/7
Please prepare cucumbers by cutting them sideways.
(Don't shred it too thinly.)
STEP 4/7
Heat the pan, add cooking oil, and stir-fry the cucumbers for 2 minutes.
STEP 5/7
When you sprinkle salt and stir-fry it, water starts to come out of the cucumber.
Add minced garlic and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
STEP 6/7
Lastly, turn off the heat and cover with sesame oil.
You can skip sesame oil and add plenty of sesame salt like me.

It has a soft texture, so it's good for bibimbap,
