  • Vinegar

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
I'm going to make sweet vinegar water first.
Add 3t of vinegar, 2t of sugar, and 0.5t of salt and microwave for 30 seconds.

Add the sweet vinegar water to the rice and mix well.

Please make sushi rice first.

Chop the chives and wash the radish sprouts

Put yukhoe on the sushi rice and radish sprouts on top of it's done
*It tastes better if you put raw wasabi on top of Yukhoe sushi. *If you don't have raw wasabi, you can put it on top of the rice and put it on top of it. It's good to eat it with yukhoe and radish sprouts.
