Make cuts in Vienna sausage, the key ingredient of saury stir-fry.

Chop the onion into small pieces.

Chop the cheongyang peppers in the right size, too.

Heat a frying pan with plenty of cooking oil, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and stir-fry gently over medium-low heat.

Lastly, sprinkle pepper to your liking and stir-fry it once, and that's it!
