Stir-fried Soya is the best dish that is easy to make, easy to handle the shreds in the refrigerator, and goes very well with rice and alcohol! There are many recipes for stir-fried Soya, but I tend to use ketchup and oyster sauce! So in my house, Soya stir-fry is also called sausage ketchup stir-fry.

  • Oligosaccharide

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Make cuts in Vienna sausage, the key ingredient of saury stir-fry.
STEP 2/8
Chop the onion into small pieces.
STEP 3/8
Chop the cheongyang peppers in the right size, too.
STEP 4/8
Heat a frying pan with plenty of cooking oil, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and stir-fry gently over medium-low heat.
STEP 5/8
When the smell of garlic comes up, heat it on high and stir-fry it with chopped onions.
STEP 6/8
When the onion is half transparent, add Vienna sausage and Cheongyang red pepper and continue to stir-fry.
STEP 7/8
When the sheath of the Vienna sausage is slightly opened, add 3 tablespoons of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 2 tablespoon of oligosaccharide and stir-fry them well.
STEP 8/8
Lastly, sprinkle pepper to your liking and stir-fry it once, and that's it!
