A simple way to make egg sushi
I bought milk at home, but it didn't shrink, so I thought about cooking using milk!

Add 2/3 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp vinegar and 1/5 tbsp salt and mix with rice.

Add 1 tbsp sugar, 5 tbsp milk and 1/5 tbsp salt together and mix the eggs.

Sift it through a sieve to make fine egg particles.

Pour the egg mixture little by little into the pan and fry it thinly. The texture is better if you roll it several times thinly.
