  • Vinegar

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Wash the peaches and prepare them.
STEP 2/8
Cut peaches into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/8
Blanch peaches once in a pot with water and salt.
STEP 4/8
Drain parboiled peaches.
STEP 5/8
Boil sugar, vinegar, and pickling spice in a pot.
STEP 6/8
Prepare containers by disinfecting them.
STEP 7/8
Put peach and pickle juice in a sterilized container.
STEP 8/8
Let it ripen in the refrigerator for about 3 days.
* Peel the peach so it doesn't squish. * Use leftover pickle juice for sushi or fried tofu rice balls. * We don't have much pickle juice, so mix it once in a while. * Turn the container upside down and store it for about a day.
