[Air fryer] Making fried mackerel with dry texture (+ sauce)
A crispy, moist fried mackerel that anyone can easily do using an air fryer!The rice goes over the top, so try it. :)

Ingredients
  • Mackerel
    1ea
  • Frying flour
    1/2cup
  • Lemon
    1piece
  • leek
    1ea
  • Cooking oil
  • Soy sauce
    1.5~2T
  • Vinegar
    1T
  • Wasabi
    1t
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Take off the head and tail of the mackerel, split the stomach, and take out the intestines
Please wash it clean.
STEP 2/5
Make cuts only on the outside of the trimmed mackerel.
STEP 3/5
Spread the frying powder on the front and back of the mackerel.
STEP 4/5
Put oil paper on the air fryer, cover it with cooking oil, add mackerel, green onion, and lemon, and apply cooking oil on the mackerel.
STEP 5/5
Put it in the air fryer and 200 degrees 15 minutes in the front, 200 degrees 15 minutes in the back!
You can return it for a total of 30 minutes.
*Make sauce with 1.5~2T soy sauce + 1T vinegar + 1t wasabi. *Lemon and green onion help to control the fishy smell.
