STEP 1/12
The kimchi spam rice burger is one piece, so you can stir-fry a handful of kimchi. I put a lot on the plate to fry it and eat it as a side dish^^

Cut kimchi into small pieces, add perilla oil in pan and stir-fry over low heat. When the kimchi is deep-fried, add sugar and pepper powder sesame to suit your taste and stir-fry a little more. Simple stir-fried kimchi is done!

I used a small 200g spam It's a little too much to make two rice burgers. About two thirds? I think 150g is enough. I will make two kinds of kimchi spam rice burger and spam mayo rice burger, so cut ham according to the purpose. Slice the half thickly, and slice the two sheets thickly.

Cut the spam mayonnaise onions similar to the ham size. If you don't have it, you can skip it^^

Stir-fry ham in a pan and boil down the seasoning in the above ingredients, such as soy sauce, water, sugar, cooking wine, pepper powder, minced garlic, etc. until the soup is almost gone. This is the main sauce, so it's good when it's made into a rice burger.

Fry one egg in a round shape, and stir the other one with chopsticks and scramble it.

Grill the sliced ham on one side of the pan back and forth until golden.

Add salt, sesame seeds, sesame oil and seaweed flakes to the rice and mix. I didn't have seaweed powder, so I used it after cutting it into small pieces. Gimbap laver doesn't taste like seasoned laver, so if you want a taste like seasoned laver, you can add a little bit of sugar. I added 1/3 spoon of sugar^^ You can season the salt to your liking.
STEP 9/12
Tips on making a pretty rice burger. You can use the rice burger-sized bowl you want. I used a rice bowl.Wrap the bowl so that you can take out the rice burger so that it doesn't get messy. Rice -> Spam -> Cheese -> Stir-fried Kimchi -> Egg -> Rice -> Put a lot of ingredients in the order of rice.
STEP 10/12
Put the remaining wrap on the edge in the center and cover the rice. If you turn the plate upside down, you'll get a rice burger that's round and pretty^^
STEP 11/12
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, add rice, and sprinkle with mayonnaise to suit your taste. I put a lot of teriyaki spam seasoned sweetly and chopped pickled radish to get rid of the greasiness. On top of that, scramble the eggs, sprinkle mayonnaise one more time, add rice and press down.
STEP 12/12
Fold the wrap in the middle, wrap the rice, and turn the bowl upside down, and the spam mayo rice burger is complete!!
