First, make sure to dry the corn with a kitchen towel!! Remove and prepare. Remove thoroughly until there is little moisture

Beat butter at room temperature with a whisk.

Add sugar several times and mix well

Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well. When you're done mixing sugar and eggs, the butter cream is about half the sugar, although the sugar particles have melted. If you want to bake it more widely, you can mix it a little more or add about 0.5g of baking soda. I added a little more baking soda ^^

Sift in corn flour, strong flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Put in the drained corn and put up a spatula!! Mix it. If you add too much powder and mix it, the texture can be different, so just enough!! Mix it quickly.

Scoop the completed cookie dough with an ice cream scoop, cut the bottom flat, and pan it in a pan

I baked it for 15 minutes in a 170 degree preheated oven!!

Cool the finished cookies in a cooling net
