STEP 1/12
I used a kneader easily. Put all the dough ingredients such as strong flour, sugar, salt, butter, dry yeast, water, eggs, etc. into the kneader. The temperature of the water must be adjusted because it may not ferment well because it is winter. ^^
STEP 2/12
It's the dough that came out of the kneading machine until the first fermentation
STEP 3/12
Take out the gas well by kneading the dough, and divide it by 80g, roll it with a rolling pin, and put it neatly in a pound pan as shown in the picture above. You can use a bread pan to make it, but I wanted to make it as mini-meat as much as I could eat one at a time, so I used a mini-pound pan
STEP 4/12
There are only two pound pans, so I divided the rest of the dough into 50g pieces like morning bread and rolled it.
STEP 5/12
Spread the milk evenly over the bread dough with a brush so that the dough does not dry out.
STEP 6/12
I let it ferment in the oven at 40 degrees for 20 minutes.
STEP 7/12
20 minutes later! It's fermented well^^
STEP 8/12
Set the scissors at right angles and make a pair of scissors in the center.
STEP 9/12
Beat the butter for topping at room temperature and put it in a piping bag when it becomes watery.
STEP 10/12
Squeeze the butter on the scissor.
STEP 11/12
Sprinkle a lot of sugar on top of it. Butter + sugar combination.. I knew what it tasted like even if I didn't try it. I like sweet things, so I used a lot of it
STEP 12/12
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a 170 degree preheated oven. I baked it in a small pan for about 12 minutes, so I took out the morning bread size bread first, and the bread I molded in the pound pan was lowered to 160 degrees, and baked it for about 5 more minutes, and it was perfect^^ The baking time may vary depending on the oven specification or bread size, so you can look carefully at the color of the bread on the top and bake it.
From Popo's recipe, I added 7g of butter, 20g of water, and added skimmed milk. (The recipe written above is slightly changed.)^^)
Place butter at room temperature and use in a soft state.
(I had to take out the butter from the refrigerator right away, so I microwave it for about 15 seconds to make it soft.)
Use cold egg from refrigerator when kneading.
The temperature of water is 25 to 27 degrees in summer and 32 to 37 degrees in winter
