Kim Sumi's recipe for seasoned cucumber, simple and delicious re
Sumi's Side Dish Kim Soo-mi Making Cucumber Seasoned Cucumber brought me cucumbers that my parents-in-law raised in the countryside. Just put it in the fridge.. I think I'm going to eat nothing because I'm busy, so I'm thinking about what side dishes I can make simply I made seasoned cucumber^^ There's a recipe I learned from my mom, but I decided to make it with Sumine's side dish recipe, which is popular these days. (I think it's good because it's easy to follow along with the ingredients^^)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut the cucumbers into big, rough, and ugly pieces.
I've been cutting cucumbers diagonally for a while, but it's my first time making them like this!
I just cut it, but I feel like the seasoned cucumber will taste better

I cut the peppers into big pieces like cucumbers^^

I shredded the onions

Chop the chives, too

Put all the ingredients in a large bowl^^

The seasoning is really simple^^ I have a lot of other ingredients besides cucumbers, so I made it by adding 2 ingredients to the original recipe

Add red pepper powder, red pepper paste, garlic, sugar, salt, water, sesame seeds, sesame oil, etc. and mix them well to make the seasoning!!
STEP 8/8
Put all the seasoning on the bowl and mix it well, and you're done with the cucumber salad.
If the seasoning is bland here, you can add more fish sauce or salt to season it. ^^
