You can use one small tofu, and I cut it in half because it's a big 550g tofu. If it's about 300g, you can eat a full meal alone, and if you eat it together, it's a good amount for snacks

Cut tofu in half in triangular shape

Coat the front, back, and sides thoroughly with starch. I used potato starch

Grease the pan with cooking oil and preheat it.
Leave the heat on medium heat and cook until golden brown by rotating the front and back sides evenly. I'm almost done with the tofu.. I think it's really important to bake tofu.
The texture is good when it's cooked crispy, and the tofu doesn't get messy when you add rice!! You have to cook it until it's golden brown.

Cool the well-roasted tofu a little bit.
STEP 6/7
Make the sauce while the tofu cools.
Add soy sauce, red pepper powder, sesame seeds, sesame oil, green onions, and minced garlic and mix well. It was delicious because it was spicy and savory just by dipping it in the sauce. ^^
STEP 7/7
Make cuts on the wide side of the tofu so that it doesn't rip.
If you want to add a lot of rice, you can scoop out the filling, but I just made it^^ Spread sesame oil evenly on the cut and put the sauce with plain rice on it, and it's done. ^^
