Making rice pancakes with cold rice and vegetables. It tastes so good when it's warm!! (feat. Sweet and sour god pickle) It's been a while since I made a rice pancake for breakfast and lunch. Freshly cooked rice pancake is delicious, but I think it's a practical dish because you can make it using vegetables and cold rice in the refrigerator^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Chop vegetables such as carrots, mushrooms, onions, green onions, etc. (You can use any vegetables in the refrigerator ^^)

If I add God Pickle, I think it'll be sweet and sour, so I chopped a row and added it in^^ God pickle can be omitted and can be replaced with pickled radish. It's delicious with vegetables, but if you add the main ingredients of meat, it becomes more delicious^^ Tuna, ham, sausage, meat, creamy, etc!! You can put in the ingredients you have. I cut 5 small brunch sausages (thumbs;;) and put them in :)

Put the ingredients and rice in a bowl. There was also canned corn in the refrigerator, so I removed the water and put in about 5 spoons. It'll taste better because it's chewy, right? ^^

Add enough eggs to mix the rice and ingredients. But after doing it... It's a lot more It doesn't matter if you don't put in 8 eggs, but it doesn't matter if you don't put it in, but you can see potato starch, so put in about 3 spoons of salt, season it with salt, and sprinkle pepper. You can dip it in soy sauce or ketchup later, so it's okay to make the seasoning boring

If you mix it well with a spoon, the rice pancake batter is complete!!! All you have to do is grill it well^^
STEP 6/7
The rice pancake is big enough to eat!! Pour enough oil into the pan and, when preheated, scoop out a spoonful of dough and let go. Don't press it, just scoop it up and put it down!! It spreads in a circle^^
Bake on medium heat until golden brown and back and forth

Place a kitchen towel on a tray and drain the oil on the cooked pancake^^ Jeon tastes good when you grill it right away.. I ate a lot while grilling
