Making stir-fried tomato eggs (todal stir-fried rice) with Jongw
One of the YouTube channels I enjoy watching!! Jongwon Baek Cooking secret book is fun, and I think it's good because they teach me a lot of cooking tips and how to apply it easily depending on the situation. LOL When I watch it, I have an urge to buy and use cute PPL. It's been a long time since I saw it because I was so busy these days, and the recipe for stir-fried tomato eggs came up. In the past, night snack bar? I remember coming out from there and imitating it, and the recipe is different and I was curious about how it would taste, so I made it as a side dish for dinner^^ With tomatoes, the ingredients are simple

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Wash the tomatoes clean and prepare them. It's a big tomato, so I only used 1.5 tomatoes. ^^

Please prepare the green onions

Cut the tomatoes into bite-size pieces

Beat the eggs in a bowl with a little salt

Put 3 to 4T of cooking oil in the pan and preheat it. They're saying that the scrambled eggs are fully preheated and the eggs are poured to make the soundLol when I cook, various sounds make me feel like I'm cooking^^ Pour the egg mixture into the preheated pan and stir to make scrambled eggs!!
Transfer the completed scramble to a plate for a while. You can stir-fry it together, but I think it's better to stir-fry it separately for a pretty shape. lol Actually, I think it'll be good to eat with ketchup like this. (The groom's favorite side dish... - _-)

Next, stir-fry tomatoes!! Add 3 to 4T of oil and stir-fry green onions.
Scrambled eggs are made in a preheated pan, but green onion oil is said to be good to reduce the heat and make it while the pan is cold because the oil needs to be cut enough green onion scent. ^^

Stir-fry green onions on a gentle heat!! The green onion scent that first smelled green is mixed with the oil scent and comes up savory and fragrant

When green onions are golden brown, add sliced tomatoes

Turn the heat to high heat and put soy sauce and oyster sauce in the pan. (Don't be surprised if there's smoke!)!! (I shouldn't burn it...) The more soy sauce is pressed, the more delicious it becomes^^ Don't be surprised if you think it's going to burn, and they say lowering the heat or turning it off for a while as if nothing happened

Stir-fry the tomatoes until the oyster sauce and soy sauce are cut. When you stir-fry it, "Oh, it's good!"' If it's that much liver, no!!! When you stir-fry tomatoes, you have to feel that it's a bit salty.. They say it's delicious when you stir-fry it with eggs

When the tomatoes are moist and stir-fried to a certain extent, add the scrambled eggs and stir-fry them well
