STEP 1/8
First, leave the eggs at room temperature for more than 30 minutes to remove the cold. (They say it's broken if you just make it with what was in the refrigerator.)^^)
STEP 2/8
Pour enough water to cover the egg and boil it with vinegar and salt.
Salt and vinegar prevent the eggshell from breaking and peel off well, so it's good to put it in when boiling
STEP 3/8
When the water boils, add the eggs well so that they don't break. I put it in my bowl and put it in all at once
STEP 4/8
I think the degree of ripening is really important because it's moist!!
For those who want moist soft-boiled eggs, when the water starts to boil, add eggs for 8 minutes!! Boil it while you're young and take it out. If you roll it gently with a spoon when you boil it, the yolk comes to the center and you can make a pretty moving egg. ^^
STEP 5/8
Immediately soak the boiled egg in cold water and cool it down
STEP 6/8
You can make salt water while the eggs are boiling.. Salt water concentration and proportion are really important!!! Add 5 tablespoons of salt to 4 cups of water.
I put flower salt in the TV recipe, but there was no flower salt, so I replaced it with thick salt. Please melt the salt well to make salt water. (What I made a mistake here...) When I tried salt water, it was very, very salty and bitter.. I changed the ratio of salt water to 4 cups of salt water and 3 tablespoons of salt because I thought it would be too salty.. I diluted it with water, but that was a big mistake.
If you're making a moving egg after reading this.. If you want a salty heart-warming egg, please!!! Make the ratio of salt water according to the recipe
STEP 7/8
Put the cooled egg in salt water and put the lid on the refrigerator for more than 6 to 12 hours!! You can ripen it and take it out
STEP 8/8
After about 8 hours, I made it before going to bed and took it out the next morning. I think it's just perfect to cook it's!! That's right. ^^
