Making fragrant and delicious mugwort pancake (Spring mugwort di
I've never cooked mugwort myself because it's all my mom used to cook, but it's my first time cooking it this time!! Recently, my friend was into mugwort pancakes and made it several times, so I went and made it after telling her the recipe for mugwort pancakes. ^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
I moved the mugwort from the plastic to the basket.. The amount is huge.......................LOL. My friend said it was enough to eat once.. I'll trust you and make everything. Remove and trim the damaged parts and wash the roots thoroughly^^
STEP 2/12
Rinse it again with a sieve and drain it
STEP 3/12
Next, make the dough!! I made it by mixing flour and flour^^ Add pancake flour, flour, an egg, salt and sugar to add sugar to your friend's words!! Add water and fold to make dough.
STEP 4/12
It's the right amount of water that flows like this.
STEP 5/12
Mugwort needs to be chopped into small pieces so that it looks pretty when you fry it later
STEP 6/12
Mix finely chopped mugwort in the folded flour dough!!
I thought a lot about whether to add onions or not, but I decided to just add mugwort. I mixed it with flour dough.. I felt like there was not enough flour dough lol
STEP 7/12
But I tried to bake it as a test!! It was hard to make it because it didn't spread out well because there was not enough flour doughI tried it as a taste, and it was delicious
STEP 8/12
But to make it more delicious.. Add flour dough!!(The recipe above adds the amount added.).. You can make it according to the recipe above^^)
STEP 9/12
I think the ratio of the picture above is just right. I like vegetable pancakes with more raw materials than flour
STEP 10/12
Grease the pan, preheat, scoop one spoon at a time, and fry to an edible size. I think it's a really special dish that can only be made in spring with a fragrant mugwort scent and savory oil smell. I have a good friend, so I think I'm blessed to eat mugwort this year
STEP 11/12
Turn the on medium heat!! Cook it in the front and back until it's golden brown^^ It's been baked for a long time because there's a lot of dough. The taste of mugwort pancake that you eat right away while making it.. It's really the best!!! It's so good.. After I finished making it, I was full(Laughing)
STEP 12/12
It's so good to just eat it because it's seasoned, but I also made the sauce to eat with it^^ Sweet and sour vinegar soy sauce!! Put soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar in 1:1:1 ratio and a little bit of pepper powder and sesame!! Put it in and mix it. That's it!! If you add chopped green onions, crushed garlic, and Cheongyang red pepper, it becomes a more delicious sauce
