I like rice cakes, too.. I also like dumplings, so I really like rice cake dumpling soup!! The groom doesn't like rice cake, so he only eats dumplingsAnd I.. I really like foods with perilla powder!! Perilla seed kalguksu, perilla seed samgyetang.. Stir-fried perilla leaves!! I was going to make dumpling soup with eggs, but I wanted to eat a rich soup with a lot of perilla powder, so I made it into perilla rice cake dumpling soup^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
When I woke up in the morning, I found out that it was well defrosted rice cake and dumplings!! Take out two rows of rice cake and go back to the freezer~^^

Cut the rice cake diagonally. I bought a pack to put it in braised short ribs on the market day, but it's a lot, so I put it in the freezer, and it's eating wellWhite rice cake is good, but mugwort rice cake is really goodIt's different.. It smells so good^^

It's really simple to make soup!! It's so delicious even if you don't make the broth^^ Put water in a pot, add perilla seed powder, and dissolve. (You can adjust the amount to suit your preference.)

Add 1 spoon of minced garlic and season the rest with flower salt

Add dumplings and cut rice cake and bring to a boil. ^^

I was going to add green onions, but I thought chives would go well with perilla seed soup. So as a healthy food, I cut a handful of chives and put them in. ^^
STEP 7/8
I didn't have to boil it for a long time because it's defrosted^^ When it starts to boil, add a spoonful of perilla oil and turn off the heat. Since it's perilla seed rice cake soup, perilla oil would go better than sesame oil, so I did that, and I think it was an excellent choice

I put it nicely in a bowl and sliced seaweed powder and chives and put it on top as garnish ^^
