STEP 1/13
If I knew this would happen.. I should've bought a grilled mackerel...................._ Wash the mackerel in cold water once
STEP 2/13
Remove large bones to make it easier to eat. I cut both sides off with a knife. Cut the small thorns on both sides and remove them
STEP 3/13
Rinse the trimmed mackerel again in running water and marinate it for about 30 minutes with cooking wine salt, pepper, and salt to remove the fishy taste
STEP 4/13
Coat with starch evenly and lightly shake off starch
STEP 5/13
Grease the pan with plenty of oil and bake until golden brown
STEP 6/13
I just baked it.. I think I can eat it as it is. It doesn't have any fishy scent, but it smells savory and delicious, so I just want to eat it with rice
STEP 7/13
While the mackerel is being baked, prepare teriyaki sauce simply.
Add soy sauce, ginger syrup, minced garlic, cooking wine and pepper powder and mix.
If you don't have ginger extract, you can use chopped ginger or ginger powder. You don't have to put it in, but.. I think ginger has to go in to taste good^^ If you replace it with ginger or ginger powder, add more sugar or oligosaccharide to make it sweeter. (I'm going to put oligosaccharide at the end of the stew, so please add the rest except oligosaccharide!!)
STEP 8/13
Slice the garlic into 6 to 8 slices and prepare the green onions
STEP 9/13
Put the grilled mackerel in a bowl for a while
STEP 10/13
Put about 3T of oil in a pan and stir-fry sliced garlic until golden.
I love the smell of garlic
STEP 11/13
When the garlic is golden brown, add the grilled mackerel~ Add all the teriyaki sauce you made and cook it over medium-low heat. Turn it upside down and cook it until the sauce is cut
STEP 12/13
When the moisture is almost gone, add a spoon of oligosaccharide to add gloss
STEP 13/13
If you gently stir it again and turn off the heat, the braised mackerel is complete
