Making beef sushi
Beef sushi is a unique menu when you eat sushi So I made it easy and simple at home.

  • Vinegar

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
The original ratio for making sweet vinegar is 1:1, but I personally like sour things
I've raised the ratio of vinegar, and you can add as much as you want.
Place vinegar and sugar in a skillet and simmer until sugar dissolves
You don't have to boil it too much.

Pour sweet vinegar water into the rice
STEP 3/8
Then season with salt and mix evenly.

Put cold water on your hands
STEP 5/8
And pick up some rice and make it round.
I didn't get water on my hands because I was taking pictures, but if I get it right, my hands won't get water on my face
STEP 6/8
And on top of the rice, squeeze a little bit of soft wasabi
STEP 7/8
Grill the beef back and forth until golden.
Especially, the greasier the meat, the better the well-done.
STEP 8/8
If you put the well-cooked beef on top of the rice, it's done
Make sure to put cold water on your hands and put rice together.
