STEP 1/12
I prepared high quality Korean beef
The amount I used is 630g
STEP 2/12
Prepare green onions, mushrooms and pine nuts
Mushrooms don't matter for other types, such as mushrooms and shiitake.
Pine nuts are optional ~
STEP 3/12
Please cut the meat ~
If it's for young children, it's soft when you chop it into smaller pieces.
I didn't cut it into small pieces for the chewing texture.
STEP 4/12
Remove the cut meat and pat lightly with a knife.
The meat gets soft.
STEP 5/12
Make the sauce according to the recipe ~
Chop the green onions into small pieces ~
STEP 6/12
Add sliced green onion and sauce to the meat and mix.
STEP 7/12
Marinate the meat before cooking,
If you put it in the refrigerator, it's more seasoned and delicious.
STEP 8/12
Please chop the pine nut with a knife
STEP 9/12
Slice the mushrooms thinly
STEP 10/12
Take out the meat and make it round and flat before roasting.
If the meat is too thick, it's hard to cook on the outside~
Make it flat like a pancake.
STEP 11/12
Put the mushrooms in the air fryer and bake.
It's 170 degrees and 16 minutes
For the first 10 minutes, I turned it upside down and baked it for 6 minutes
STEP 12/12
Place grilled mushrooms on the cooked bulgogi and sprinkle with chopped pine nuts to complete.
Mushrooms and pine nuts are added to make it savory and taste better.
The recipe that I made is not too sweet or salty ~ Season to taste with soy sauce and honey
And remember that the temperature varies from air fryer to air fryer, and the cooking time can vary depending on the thickness of the meat
Make sure it doesn't burn in between, and if you grill it, the outside will burn and the inside won't cook You have to cook it on medium heat for a long time to make it delicious
