I can't help but try it's.Haha I don't like cucumbers that are soaked without water because they have a strong sour taste If I use starch syrup, I think it'll be more chewy. So I made it once, and I think it's good to maximize the crunchiness. I seasoned it with ingredients from early June, and this cucumber is really good. I thought about doing it in a traditional way, but I'm satisfied. Haha The failure rate is totally zero. Try it^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Wash cucumbers clean, drain and cook with salt, vinegar, soju, and starch syrup. You can flip it once or twice in the middle and the picture shows you angry for a day.

There's a lot of water in just one day, but in about two days, there's water up to the height of cucumbers. If you flip it in the middle for about two days and leave it as it is, you will see the picture for five days.

I cut 10 pieces at once and seasoned them, and they came out in a pretty big side dish container. Haha. The cucumber won't go bad even if you leave it for a long time, so it won't go bad even if you season about 10 at a time. ^^
I don't like the sour taste, so I squeezed out the water and seasoned it. If you like sour things, it's okay to be less salty. Don't do it separately because the salt is already enough
