Prepare frozen pollack
STEP 3/7
Place frozen in a large bowl and pour rice water
STEP 4/7
Add rice water and thaw the frozen pollack completely
*When you make dongtaejeon, if you defrost it, wash it in cold water, squeeze out the water, and mix it, it becomes fishy
STEP 5/7
Wash the completely defrosted pollack in cold water, squeeze out the water, and cut it into bite-sized pieces
STEP 6/7
If number 1 is boiling, add the sliced pollack
*You can add it when it boils
STEP 7/7
Add a little soy sauce/tuna liquid/pepper powder and salt if needed
Boil it over high heat for 10 minutes and you'll get a clean taste of pollack seaweed soup
In the summer, it's good to keep it refrigerated and eat it like cold soup
