Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
First, please build up the powder (Pinesoft T 220g, Pinesoft 20230g, 45g strong flour).
Add 3g of salt and 60g of butter and mix.
STEP 2/10
Add 2 eggs, 85g of water and knead well.
STEP 3/10
When the dough is complete, divide it by about 40 to 50g.
There were a total of nine episodes.

Please mash the boiled potatoes.
If you want a sweet taste, add 1T of honey and 1T of condensed milk and mix it.
You can add mayonnaise to your liking.

Spread the dough properly, add 40g of potatoes each, and wrap the songpyeon around.
If the potato is too wet to divide, scoop it with a spoon!

If wrapped well, mold it into a natural potato shape.

To produce the same color as the potatoes, 1T of black sesame seeds were ground with a blender and mixed with an appropriate amount of bean powder.

I applied powder evenly and used a toothpick to express the uneven surface of the potato.

Bake for 20 minutes in a 170 degree preheated oven.
