STEP 1/9
Cut ham, crab meat, pickled radish, and burdock in half
I bought burdock for gimbap and used it
Cut the crab meat in half and make 4 pieces
Please use whatever ham you have at home
STEP 2/9
Blanch spinach slightly for 1 to 2 minutes in boiling water with thick salt! After that, soak it in cold water and drain it! I squeezed it with both hands
Add salt and sesame oil to the drained spinach and mix well. Spinach is ready!
STEP 3/9
Slice carrots thinly!
Stir-fry carrots in an oiled pan
Sprinkle a pinch of salt and stir-fry it! Don't stir-fry it for too long. Just stir-fry it a little bit
STEP 4/9
Vegetables are ready!
If you have cucumbers, you can slice them, add salt and vinegar, or use chives instead of spinach
I hope you use a lot of ingredients at home~^^
STEP 5/9
Season rice with salt and sesame oil and cool it down
If it's too hot, it's uncomfortable to pack gimbap, and the steam may get soggy that it may get tough, so please cool it enough in advance
STEP 6/9
Cut the seaweed into 1/4 pieces!
Since it's cheap, I thought it was a bit short
I think it would be good to use half of it!
STEP 7/9
Finished preparing ingredients! It took less than an hour to prepare ingredients
I thought kimbap was a food that requires a lot of work, but it doesn't seem to be! It's convenient so it's nice
STEP 8/9
Not the smooth part of the seaweed, but the rough part comes in, so put an appropriate amount of rice and spread it out! Put the ingredients on top of the rice and wrap it with your hands. That's it!
I think it's so comfortable because I don't need seaweed feet
STEP 9/9
I kept rolling it until I used all the ingredientsLOL It's so comfortable and nice that you can just roll it with your hands!
If you have cucumbers, you can slice them, add salt and vinegar, or use chives instead of spinach
Let the rice cool enough
Otherwise, the steam shrinks
