Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Add kelp and water and boil over low heat. When it boils, turn off the heat

Put in the katsuo
STEP 3/11
Let's skip 10 minutes.

Shred onions, shiitake mushrooms, slice green onions sideways, and cut enoki mushrooms into long pieces.
