Making chicken legs and chicken soup
There are three times of Boknal, Chobok, Jungbok, and Malbok, and we have one food that we make at home every Boknal. It's chicken leg soup!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Soak chicken legs in rice water for 30 minutes and wash them clean with running water.
If you don't have rice water, you can wash it with running water.
STEP 2/11
Add cleanly washed chicken legs, 1 green onion, 1 onion cut in half, and 15 whole garlic in a pot and boil for 30 minutes to soak the ingredients.

Remove any floating impurities from boiling.
STEP 4/11
Cut the tip of the green onion into thumb-length pieces and chop it into small pieces. (Use for Seasoning)
And cut the rest of the parts into 10-15cm lengths and then cut them in half.

Cut chives into the same length as green onions.
STEP 6/11
I'm going to make the sauce now.
Add 1 tablespoon of hot chicken broth to 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder and mix well.

Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1/3 tablespoons of lotus bran, 1/2 tablespoons of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and 1/2 tablespoon of sugar to the red pepper powder soaked in chicken broth and mix it well!

When the drumsticks are cooked, take out the vegetables and throw them away

Transfer the drumsticks to a plate.
STEP 10/11
Then put green onions and chives in the boiling chicken broth and blanch them for about 10 seconds.
STEP 11/11
Put the blanched green onions and chives on the chicken legs and the chicken legs are cooked!
