Sumine Side Dish Salted Pollack Lotus Roots Crunchy Eggs!!
I'm going to make the pollack roe lotus root pancake from Sumine's side dish.

Ingredients
  • Salted pollack roe
    1mass
  • lotus root
    8~10piece
  • Eggs
    1~2ea
  • Flour
  • Cooking oil
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Use pollack roe only after taking out the egg.
STEP 2/7
Put the pollack roe in between the holes
Put a teaspoon on top of the lotus root
Push it to the back of the teaspoon and it goes between the holes.

Lotus root with pollack roe
With flour or pancake mix
STEP 4/7
Mix it back and forth
STEP 5/7
Dip it in the beaten egg!! After putting on egg clothes,
(Do not season eggs with salt. The salty taste of pollack roe makes it salty enough.)
STEP 6/7
Put oil on the pan and when the pan is heated up
If you fry the lotus root covered with eggs
STEP 7/7
Finished making pollack lotus root pancake!!
If you put it on a pretty plate, it looks very delicious
