Burdock

Peel the burdock well and cut it sideways into half-moon slices to make it easy to eat.
STEP 2/6
To prevent the burdock from browning and reduce the arin taste, add water enough to soak the burdock in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and then soak it for about 20 minutes.
