  • Rice cake
    150g
  • Sesame oil
    1T
  • red pepper paste
    1/2T
  • thick soy sauce
    1/2T
  • Ketchup
    2T
  • Sugar
    1T
  • Sesame
  • garlic powder
    1/2t
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Place 1T of cooking oil or sesame oil in a rice cooker
STEP 2/5
Spread out the thawed rice cake and spread it out. You can use tteokbokki or rice cake soup. I used about 150g per serving. Heat it for 9 minutes and cook it slightly
*If it's frozen rice cake, boil it in a pot and make it soft
STEP 3/5
Mix seasoning ingredients in an airtight container while rice cake is being baked
Red pepper paste 1/2T, soy sauce 1/2T, ketchup 2T, sugar 1T, garlic powder (or minced garlic) 1/2t
STEP 4/5
Add the baked rice cake and mix
STEP 5/5
You can eat it simply and deliciously. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and finish.
