STEP 1/5
Soak back ribs in cold water and add 1T of sugar to drain the blood for an hour (change the water once in between)
STEP 2/5
Mix 1T herb salt, 1T curry powder, and 3T olive oil in the bloodless back ribs and marinate for 30 minutes
STEP 3/5
Turn back ribs over 180 degrees for 10 minutes and grill them for 10 minutes. (I stacked them in 2 layers, turned them off for 5 minutes, and took out the cooked ones first.)
STEP 4/5
While the meat is being cooked, make the sauce -> pork cutlet sauce 3T, ketchup 2T, oyster sauce 0.5T, soy sauce 0.5T, Volcano sauce 1T
STEP 5/5
Grilled back ribs are done with an air fryer^^
- If you don't have time, you can skip the bleeding process. (These days, I can barely smell it because it comes out well.)
- You can skip marinating the meat
Volcano sauce can be omitted, but if you put it in, it becomes a little spicy and tastes better
-You can also spread the dipping sauce and grill it
