Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
While preparing the ingredients, put water and anchovies in a pot
Make anchovy broth!
If you have kelp or re-pack, please use what you have!
You can just use water, but to make it more savory
I'm going to use anchovies to make broth
STEP 2/11
These are pollack roe and gon from traditional markets
It's a lot, but everything is 10,000 won
The arrogant and lilies were put in for me
They said they put in lilies that are more expensive than clams
Add a spoonful of salt for eggs, swans, lilies, and swans
I soaked it and washed it gently!
STEP 3/11
The pollack roe is glossy
I think it's really fresh because I bought it from the market!
It's more fresh than buying it at a mart. It's a lot
This is why I love traditional markets
Everyone, let's love traditional markets!!
STEP 4/11
I'm going to use seafood from the refrigerator and use the seafood at home
I have shrimps, so I'm going to add shrimps
I think it's going to be a big pot!
I really like eggs and gon, so I put in a lot of things
I'm going to eat like hell tonight! Go on a diet
STEP 5/11
Wash bean sprouts and crown daisy in running water
That's 1,000 won and a half less bean sprouts
Since I bought it at a traditional market, it's really big and fresh
I'm going to put in a lot of bean sprouts, so I took out a big pot!
STEP 6/11
Prepare green onions, radishes, cheongyang peppers, garlic, and ginger
Garlic is ground ginger with the back of a knife,
If you add ginger, it's good to control the smell
If you have red pepper, you can use it
STEP 7/11
I used salted shrimp, red pepper powder, pepper, and Mirim for seasoning
I always use Mirim when it comes to seafood
I used to season it with salt, but now that I use salted shrimp
It tastes much better and more refreshing
If you don't have salted shrimp, it's delicious even if you season it with salt. ^^
STEP 8/11
Add radish and bean sprouts to the boiling anchovy broth
When it boils, add pollack roe and shrimp and boil it
STEP 9/11
I rolled up the foam that was created
Since it's seafood, it creates dirty bubbles
If you want a clean taste, please remove it
STEP 10/11
Add the eggs and shrimp, and once it boils, the gon and the lily
And add the arrogant one and boil it one more time
Now, shall we add the prepared seasoning?
I put in a spoonful of garlic! Korean people eat garlic!
I put in 3T of pepper powder, but depending on the spicy taste
Adjust it to your liking!
STEP 11/11
Add the sauce, boil it, and add green onions and chili peppers
If you finish, it's over!
There's a lot in there, so it's a whole pot
It's perfect for seasoning, spicy, and sour
It's really delicious fish roe soup
If you season it with salted shrimp, it tastes refreshing and clean. :)
