Cooking Steps
STEP 1/18
Immerse the glass noodles in water for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
STEP 2/18
Prepare to chop the green onions.
STEP 3/18
Prepare cabbage by cutting it in whole, not too thin.
STEP 4/18
Cut the zucchini pumpkins into half-moon shapes.
STEP 5/18
Chop the onions, please.
STEP 6/18
Prepare the dome exhaust by cutting it into cubes.
STEP 7/18
In a large skillet, stir-fry green onions, minced garlic, and chili oil over high heat.
STEP 8/18
When the scents of green onions and garlic are strong, add all the chopped onions until it becomes clear over high heat
I'm going to stir-fry it.
STEP 9/18
When the onion is about to be transparent, add red pepper powder and sugar and stir-fry until well soaked in the onion
STEP 10/18
When the onion turns red, add the dome-shaped baegi and stir-fry it.
If it's raw, stir-fry it until it's 70% cooked
STEP 11/18
They put in water, but think of it as adding water as the pot you use.
Because if you boil red soup like this, it'll taste better.
STEP 12/18
Once it boils, add soy sauce
STEP 13/18
Add salt and season it
STEP 14/18
After seasoning, add cabbage and zucchini and simmer until half water is left
STEP 15/18
When it comes to red soup, the egg has to go on top to look delicious and go well with it
So, break the egg into a ladle and put it in the boiling soup and wait
Then it's like a poached egg, and the way to make sure it's cooked is that if it's not cooked enough, it sticks to the ladle and doesn't fall off
When it's done, it comes off when you scratch it with a spoon
STEP 16/18
Put the glass noodles in a bowl.
STEP 17/18
Add sufficiently soaked glass noodles, pour in the soup and ingredients, and finally add the eggs.
If you do that, the shark dish is done
STEP 18/18
It's done!
