Slice cucumber thinly to garnish.

Spread the noodles well into 1,200ml boiling water and boil.

When it starts to boil, pour cold water (150ml*2 times each, a total of 300ml) twice in the middle to make the noodles chewy.

Then rub it in cold water, rinse it, and strain it through a sieve.

Pour 290ml of cold noodle broth and 120ml of kimchi soup into a bowl and add boiled noodles.

Next, add young radish kimchi and cucumber.

Lastly, sprinkle a bit of sesame seeds and put an egg on it, and it's super simple hot radish noodles.
The soup was delicious using the sour kimchi soup, but if not, you can season it with vinegar. :)
