Cooking Steps

The recipe is so simple and delicious. The seasoning is just right, the lean meat is moist, the fat is chewy I always niggled when I ordered bossam, but it's even better when I make it with this recipe Wow I always had a headache about how to make boiled pork, but I'm happy to meet the chef's recipe :) I did the recipe as it was, but I couldn't put it because it didn't have octagonal shape, but I forgot about ginger powder. lol
