Reviving the leftover bread with chocolate muffins
If you do home baking for beginners, you will get ruined bread.. You can't eat it, but you can't throw it away.. I tried to revive it with muffins.

  • Soft flour

  • Butter

  • Eggs

  • Baking powder

  • cocoa powder

  • Sugar

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Finely grind the ruined or leftover bread into a blender.
This is called Crum.
STEP 2/10
Mix butter and sugar with a spatula or blender.
STEP 3/10
Beat in the eggs and prepare.
STEP 4/10
Beat together the lumps, alternately adding the crum and eggs, in a mixture of butter and sugar
STEP 5/10
Mix the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder in the place of the crumbs.
STEP 6/10
Add milk and chocolate chips and mix.
STEP 7/10
Place parchment paper on a muffin mold, place the dough on top of it, and sprinkle sliced almonds on top of it.
STEP 8/10
Bake at 180 for 30 minutes.
STEP 9/10
After 10 minutes, it slowly gets bloated
After 15 minutes, pour more than 1cm above.
STEP 10/10
When you put the toothpick diagonally and take it out
If it doesn't get on the inside, it goes to the inside
It's well-cooked.
