Fried banana with crispy outside and soft on the outside
I don't like ripe bananas, so I thought it would be good to make a super-speed snack using bananas instead of throwing them away~ :) It's very easy and easy to make. :)

  • Banana
    2ea
  • Frying flour
    1/2cup
  • bread crumbs
    1cup
  • Eggs
    1ea
  • olive oil
  • Honey
  • Oligosaccharide
  • Sugar powder
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
1) Coat the banana with frying powder.

2) Beat the eggs and wet them well, then coat them evenly with bread crumbs.

3) Just fry it for about 3 minutes at the right temperature and it's done quickly.

If you cook according to the recipe, it tastes really light and savory. Never be disappointed after doing it because it's not a very sweet and interesting taste!!! As I said in the tip above If you want something sweeter 1) Before the egg wash, roll it around with sugar powder 2) I mix oligosaccharide with egg mixture 3) After frying it, I put honey on top 4) You can dip it in.
