1. Put the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt in a bowl and mix well with a scraper.

Add cold butter and cut with scraper. When it's the size of a bean, make it with your palm.

Add cranberries, cold yogurt, and cold milk one at a time and mix roughly. Put a zipper bag or plastic pack and rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Remove the rest of the dough onto a work surface covered with powder. Work fast. Cut half of the dough, lay it on top, and gently press it with your palm about four times.

Push it with a rolling pin or cut it into eight equal parts.Put milk on the top, sprinkle sugar, and bake for 190 degrees and 20 minutes
Use all the ingredients cold for the texture
It is important to work quickly so that butter does not melt.
(Cut butter into 1cm squares and use it.)
