Looking for a hot, out-of-home taste - Curly Flower Onion Pickle
One day, I was in bed because of my back disease, and suddenly I remembered the reality that it was very difficult to make anything to put in my mouth.
There are many elderly people in our church.
Some of them are elderly and live alone, and I thought they would be tired of making food. I don't know how much for sure, but I thought it would be hard for young people to go through these difficult times, so I put in a message to my eternal Yes Woman Misugee.
I asked her to make some side dishes and lunch boxes and put them in for the monks who live alone, but she said, "When?" without saying anything. I finished that day thinking that my back hurts badly and that it will be better by the end of next week...
There was no law to die, so after enduring a painful pain of about 10 days, my back pain became less. (As a result, I have a wider empathy ability to sympathize with the pain of those with back pain.)
That's what we planned, but the church also issued care package guidelines as if they had said so.
As part of the package, I first put in a lot of pickles, which is my specialty. I think it would be good if pickled onions, which are good for immunity and taste, help the taste of the elderly.
