First, cut onions (1/2), carrots (1/8), and green onions (1/6 roots) into small pieces.

Add sesame oil (0.3 tbsp), salt and pepper (a little) to the egg (one) and mix with chopsticks.

Grease a heated pan with cooking oil (2 tablespoons) and stir-fry onions and carrots over high heat for about 1 minute.

Pour the egg into a circle.

Stir with wooden chopsticks to make scrambled eggs.

Add rice (1 bowl) and stir-fry as if cutting with wooden spatula and season with salt. It's good to make the rice well. When you stir-fry it, you have to mix it with a wooden spatula so that the rice grains don't get crushed.

Add chopped green onions and sesame seeds (a little bit) and stir it slightly to turn off the heat and finish it off! The point of fried rice is to stir-fry it quickly on high heat from the beginning. If you like spicy food, you can add Cheongyang red pepper instead of green onion. And if you cut shrimp or squid into small pieces, it becomes shrimp fried rice and seafood fried rice. The egg fried rice is seasoned with salt. It tastes good even if you add a bit of oyster sauce or hot sauce. If you don't have it, just season it with salt! Simple fried rice is really good when you don't have anything to make.
If you like spicy food, you can add Cheongyang red pepper instead of green onion.
