Cooking Steps

Tear the beef jerky with your hands so it's easy to eat.

Then blanch the beef jerky in boiling water for about 3 minutes to remove the additives.

Pour 1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil into a pan and stir-fry sliced garlic.

Next, turn off the gas stove and mix the beef jerky, one tablespoon of red pepper paste, one tablespoon of red pepper powder, three cheongyang peppers, and green onions so that the seasoning is evenly soaked.
