Sprinkle the minced beef with sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and pepper and marinate it for a while.
Marinate for about 10 minutes and cook the marinated beef in a heated pan.

Pickle for about 5 minutes and squeeze the water out.

Put the stir-fried beef on the half-cut perilla leaf, cover it with the remaining perilla leaf, and roll the gimbap laver.

Apply a little bit of sesame oil, cut it into bite-size pieces, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
You have to wrap the fried beef with perilla leaves so that it doesn't get messy.
