STEP 1/6
I'm going to use a pack to make the broth
You can use the kelp, anchovies, etc. at home to make broth
I have a face mask at home, so I use it again
STEP 2/6
Cut the glass noodles, fish cake, Kiri Mochi, green and red peppers accordingly!
I cut the Kiri Mochi in half
There are a lot of people who cut it into quarters, but I cut it in half because I wanted to eat it long!
Mash the garlic and chop it (ground garlic is available)
I happened to run out of vegetables
So I'm going to make tteokbokki with only chili peppers
It's good to add onions and green onions. :)
STEP 3/6
Put noodles (not soggy) and fish cake in the broth and boil it
If you're going to soak the glass noodles and use it, put it in when you put in the rice cake!
STEP 4/6
Season with 1.5T red pepper paste / 1T red pepper paste / 1T soy sauce / 3T pepper and oligosaccharide
I liked this the best
You can adjust the seasoning to suit your taste!
It has Cheongyang chili pepper in it, so it became a very spicy tteokbokki :)
STEP 5/6
When it boils, add Kiri Mochi and boil it again
If you put Kiri Mochi in and boil it, it's almost porridge, but the leaves will spread, so please put it in at the end
I'll end with green and red peppers
STEP 6/6
Boiling Kiri Mochi tteokbokki is boiling!
It stretches like cheese, so I'm afraid it'll spread or become porridge while boiling hard work
When I put it in at the end and boiled it again, the rice cake didn't get soggy and it was okay!
If you boil it again, Kiri Mochi Tteokbokki is done~ Tada! :)
If you put Kiri Mochi in and boil it, it's almost porridge, but the leaves will spread, so please put it in at the end
